Our Menus

Caribbean Scene Hospitality menus have been compiled with the assistance of our Chefs and the marketing research team based on market need, strategic base profit margins and positioning within the hospitality market.

We have compiled a few menus which are being re-viewed after every three months to incorporate seasonal trends e.g. valentine, christmas and summer barbeques season etc. There are three groups Canape’s, Buffet and Silver Service. The groups contain three bands A, B, and C, displaying food and drinks available within each package. Clients are also able to tailor packages to their requirements e.g. Organic and Halal menus.

A selection of sandwiches and pastries is also added in the menu to cater for business meetings and seminar refreshments.
