It is widely known that Caribbean cuisine is healthy, wholesome and nutritious.
Emphasis is placed on using natural ingredients in its preparation to achieve

It was as if the Caribbean Community conspired to keep this way of cooking to

Caribbean Scene was established simply to bring recognition to a cuisine which is a fusion of virtually all the major cuisines of the world. This is because the Caribbean is the most diverse place on earth, a microcosm of all its cultures and a fusion of all its foods.
Caribbean Scene is now well established as the UK’s premier Caribbean restaurant brand
and has successfully introduced dishes such as ‘Jerk Chicken,’ Curry Goat ‘and ‘Escovitch
Fish’ to the British public.
However, in recent years the nation’s health and healthy eating options have become a major focus. All established brands including McDonalds cannot ignore this trend.
Likewise Caribbean Scene has been looking at its offering with a view to creating a
healthier ‘quick, grab & go’ option.
Caribbean Scene Quick has therefore been established
